You know how you got in this dilemma. Just like me, you like the easy way. Our intentions are good, but our resolve and determination aren't the best and now we find that time has snuck up on us and we're no longer physically what we were or want to be.

Eureka ! I've found it. 2 minutes of MIT intense exercise once a week (or less) can get us the body we really deserve. Doesn't take anymore time than making popcorn.
