MIT - Measured Intensity Training is more effective than todays most popular conventional muscle building technique called High Intensity Training (HIT) or even Static Contraction Training upon which it is founded. Developed by Shawn Bennett, the leading Fitnes Trainer in the world for this new discipline, and for 1 Rep Gym that instantly and contineously measures the user's effort, allows the user to exert their Maximum Effort without having to anticipate how much weight to put on the bar or weight or spring band to pin on a ROM exercise equipment. MIT protocol only requires 1 (rep) exercise , for which we're named, per muscle group of only a few seconds duration to maximally stimulate muscle growth. It doesn't require spotters and minimizes injury risks by only being used in the safest position. A complete body workout requires less than 2 minutes of exertion.
SCT - Static Contraction Training. Developed by Pete Cisco and John Little after years of observation and trials. Proven superior results to conventional training techniques. Based on isometric principals on conventional gym equipment that required the user to guesstimate their new maximum lift poundage and to hold it until exhaustion (that should not exceed 10-15 seconds). If you guess wrong, you haven't got the most out of your workout. MIT (above) is based on SCT but refined to allow the user to exert their absolute maximum effort and have the results automatically recorded.

ROM - Range of Motion. This exercise regimen is based on the false assumption that a muscle must be stressed throughout its entire operating range to get stronger and bigger. To make this protocol safer for the user many fitness companies designed complex machines (Nautilus, Bowflex, Crossbow, SoloFlex, etc.) A 2004 study by the University of Southern Mississippi clearly proved that a muscle exercised in a limited range of motion developed equal strength as compared to a full ROM exercise. ROM is Dead !
